Welcome to Unternehmensberatung Dr. Matthias Vieth
Since 2008 we have been providing management consultancy to a range of businesses in the private sector, utilizing the expertise, professional experience, and operational management skills of Dr. Matthias Vieth. Furthermore, we use integrative, holistic approaches to execute the organization and management of improvement projects in various areas, including supplier, quality, risk, project, process, and change management. Our expertise and experience is also utilized in operational business projects, e. g. when handling crisis projects.
Our interdisciplinary concept
In cooperation with research and educational institutions, as well as our business network partners, we work on the development of new strategies, concepts, and methods. We are convinced that today’s business challenges can only be adequately understood and addressed through interdisciplinary collaboration.
