The starting point for all our customer projects is the analysis of the customer-specific situation. We utilize the offer process to gain a precise understanding of the assignment together with our customers for a potential consultancy project. In addition to our minimum standards developed for management systems, our self-assessment concept is also used to specify the customer-specific requirements. Once all the details have been clarified using this pre-analysis, we specify the consultancy project in a project profile before offering you a quotation.

The realization process of our consultancy service commences once you have commissioned our services. On the basis of an extensive analysis, we define alternative courses of action which we evaluate together with you. This results in an improvement plan whose individual measures are implemented sustainably with the aid of our constant support. The achieved results are used to monitor the level of success of the implementation. The project concludes with an exchange of experiences which proves useful for further improvement projects.

The essential basis of our consultancy is to always focus on the special demands of the company and to consider the individual facts.
